I average 165 flights a year. Well, pre-Covid. Then it became like 165 Zoom & Teams meetings a year (I don't know the real number but it feels like 165 in the last year).

My life is spent meeting with leaders. Leaders of the biggest companies you've heard of and organizations you don't know.

These corporations pay me $20,000 to be on site for a day. $12,500 for a two-hour Zoom meeting. I'm not flexing. I'm trying to provide context around how much these executives value anyone who can help them lead people.

Who is this course for?

Any leader of people. Senior executive of Fortune 100 company to an entrepreneur with a few employees. If you want new ideas and ways of thinking of leading people this course is for you.

Who is this course not for?

Anyone who thinks they know it all and isn't open to new ideas.

What's the course experience like? How is it delivered?

The outline of the course is above. Each of the six parts of the course is delivered via videos of me. In each video I'm standing in front of my digital flip chart and teaching just as if we were in a room and I were training your leadership team.

The videos are not death by PowerPoint.

Everything in these videos are idea, models, and frameworks I've taught to thousands of leaders around the globe. These are not new ideas or concepts I'm testing on you. They are time-tested and proven effective.

How long are the videos? How should I consume the course?

Each video is 10-20 minutes in length. This course is designed for you to consume it over multiple weeks. I intentionally created a drip course to encourage application of the principles I teach in the course.

When will the course be delivered to me?

The introduction and Module 1 will be viewable as soon as you purchase the course. One module will be unlocked each of the following four weeks. You will receive an email exactly one week after your purchase with access to the next module.

How long will it take for me to get results?

You will find things in the course that you'll likely begin using within 24 hours. My job is to make you think differently and to try new things to accelerate the results you need to deliver. I'm not interested in teaching concepts that don't impact revenue, profit, customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, safety, quality, or the metrics that matter most to you and your organization.

Is there a discount if I want to purchase this course for multiple people?

Yes. Discount pricing is available for more than 5 licenses/users. Send me a direct message on LinkedIn (http://www.linkedin.com/in/russleads) if you have a team that you want to consume this course. Buying one license and distributing one username and email to multiple people doesn't work on this platform. It's something Gumroad watches carefully and ends in access being revoked. 

I'm not sure the course is worth the $$. How can I feel better about it?

I'd suggest you read my first book (search Amazon for "Decide to Lead") and see if you find value in it. Or just read the reviews of the book on Amazon. None of those people are my family or employees. You could also listen to my podcast (search your fav podcast app for "Culture Hacks Russ Hill") and listen to a few episodes. See if you get any value there. If none of that helps you want to buy it then that's your answer. :)
